Homestay Accommodation

The school arranges homestay accommodation for International Students with families in our school community.

Our Homestay families are checked by the International Student Coordinator who personally visits every family who will host an Exchange or Foreign Fee Paying Student.  Families are police vetted in accordance with the New Zealand Code of Practice for pastoral care of international students.

Homestay families provide a fully furnished room, three meals a day and a welcoming family environment.

As the school is responsible for the welfare during the student’s time in New Zealand, students must live in approved homestay accommodations.

Only for Foreign Fee Paying Students – in the rare case of needing to change accommodation, the school requires two weeks’ notice in advance from the host family or the student.
